THE OFFICE WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN AN UNDER THE TABLE OFFICE. THE DOCTOR WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS OFFICE NEVER TOOK MY VITALS OR HAD A NURSE IN THE ROOM. THE DOCTOR WAS WRITING ON THE BACK OF A PAPER AND NEVER HAD ME FILL OUT ANY PAPERWORK OR WRITE DOWN MY COMPLAINTS OR THE REASON I WAS IN FOR THE VISIT.

I was diagnosed by 4 doctors for having RSD, Wampler told the insurance company i didn't have it. i went to a pain specialist whom after extensive test confirmed that i did have RSD. for 2 months i went without treatment and in major pain i would not recommend this Doctor
