This is one of those "Go in informed and ask questions" reminders.I saw Dr. Gibbs in 2008 when my stretched ear piercings became infected. Nothing a course of antibiotics wouldn't handle.Dr. Gibbs commanded me to take them out and told me they would heal on their own.I then asked "Won't they abscess?"Her response? "Oh yeah."One course of antibiotics that I had to request and she was reluctant to write a prescription for later, they were back to normal.My opinion? Don't blindly trust this doctor, and ask questions.
