Dr. Agles was extremely thorough on her examination of my injury. She found things other doctors had missed. She was friendly and professional.

I researched an prepared for this appointment, knowing that the outcome would be slanted towards the insurance co (HEMIC). What was unexpected was the aloofness; the doctor's questions were obviously biased and confusing. I was my natural cheerful self, and when I said I was a little nervous, she asked my why. I do not have any results yet. Am usually optimistic; not really in this case. I will be consulting my attorneys.

I was assigned this doctor for a so called independent medical evaluation. She proceeded to talk about my other doctors and somehow determined that I am not injured and is questioning my integrity. Did anyone who was seen by her file a suit against her? I am starting a class action suit.

Dr Agles did not provide a rational assessment of my on-the-job injury. Her assessment was full of her assumptions, rather than my descriptions of the pain and injury. I guess it's to be expected since her best interest is the insurance company that padds her pocket rather than the patient care doctors have a standard of duty to.
