Very thorough

Dr. Bernal is a real expert in caring for my problems. She attends to my whole person - physical, emotional and spiritual. She goes beyond what I expect. She provides many approaches to my self care that has helped me recover from my illness. She is a careful listener. She explains her thoughts and recommendations very well. She always leaves me feeling encouraged.

Does not care about you, sincerely regret having anything to do with this dr.

Dr. Bernal treated me for several years for fibromyalgia, stress , muscular skeletal pain, and arthritis. She is a compassionate, competent professional who addressed my total body and essence. I highly recommend her for a holistic, integrative approach to health and wellness.

Found initial exam to be very comprehensive.

I was extremely impressed by the time Dr Bernal spent with me during the initial appointment and the detailed notes she wrote. My first visit was in May and she gave me a list of things to do and requested a followup when the list was completed. She gave me extensive notes and explained her reasoning at the end of the appointment. I found her manner to be caring and her knowledge extensive. It took several months of physical therapy, but the improvement has made my life so much better and I now have tools to use when the pain returns. This is what I was looking to do rather than medicate or surgery, which may be necessary in the future. I'd like to do as much on my own before those alternatives need to be addressed. My follow up is next month, 6 1/2 months after initial visit. I have worked very hard and continue to do the exercises learned at physical therapy every morning and throughout my day. I am 71 and still working, desk job, full time if this helps.

I agree she was opinionated and did everything by the book. She didn't really care what I had to say about the research and experiences I have been through. I would look elsewhere.

She is a very knowledgeable doctor. She really helps when I need it. There are times I get confused with her protocol. Some of her ideas I can not afford, but usually if I can I afford them I try them. I recommend for a natural dr. She understand my homeopathic medicine.
