I called because I was shopping around for a new provider for my child. The receptionist was very rude and I wound up hanging up on her. She sounded like an old, miserable, lonely woman who smokes often (deep voice). Customer service is VERY important to me so I will take my child elsewhere. I can only imagine the type of treatment patients receive if the front desk person can't even do her simple job well.
