Yo no le doy ninguna estrella, es racista, déspota y no valora el tiempo de el paciente, te cita a las 11am y te atiende a las 3 pm y si le reclamas te dice que si no quieres vallas con otro de., yo definitivamente no lo recomiendo ni vuelvo a ser paciente de el.

My name is Michael Cole. Dr Chavda has been treating me for over a year. I have never known or met a doctor and his staff that reaches out to their patients and deeply cares and works as hard as they do to make you feel comfortable, no matter what your injury or injuries are. He makes the time for one on one consultation even after he has seen you and has already moved on to the next patient. He goes to battle for you even when the insurance companies wont. He always treats you with care and respect. Even if the insurance companies dont. He always does his job. The waiting times may not be as fast as other doctors but at least you know that you will receive the best treatment you can get. God bless him and his staff. Truly Amazing!!! Thank you Dr Chavda!

Professional. second visit. knows and explains our medical problem.,and solution in terms we can understand. Takes his time. Good informal staff. Wait time , 15-20 minutes.

I would recommend Dr Chavda to anyone who is seeking a doctor who is very knowledgeable about his field. He is concerned about every patient and spends the quality time needed for understanding of your specific need. His office staff is AWESOME! They greet you with the warmest smiles and great attitudes every visit. Wait time is usually under 15 minutes once i walk in the door.

Texas Bone & Joint Cent (TBJC) Is the best! I have been going to them for my knees, left & right, for several years. The One thing that makes TBJC so great is the staff! Laura is the Office Manager and takes care of every single patient up there. She Is truly a One of a Kind! She has taken the office to the top. Very Professional and a true assert. Maricruz is her back up and does the same. Always with a smile. Joan, the Med. Tech, knows her stuff and does everything with expertise. Antonio…. gotta love Antonio! Straight forward and to the point, very professional. AB, the PA, is great and very friendly. Dr. Brown, Reema and Emily are the therapy folks. No matter what you are seeing them for, they get it right. They push you hard enough to make you better but not too hard to cause you to feel bad. Now, Dr. Chavda. He has a way of explaining things to make one feel comfortable. He doesn’t talk in medical terms he talks to his patience on their level. He treats the problem not the… symptoms. I always feel like I have learned a little something after my appointments with them. The main thing about TBJC is that once you are with them you are “FAMILY”! You are not just a number on a file or a check from the insurance company. You are part of them. I have taken, referred my son, US Army Vet, to see him and has help him recover. I have also taken my own Father to see him. They are always asking how my dad is doing and praying for him. Like I said earlier, FAMILY!!! His staff follows upafterwards thanks to his new manager. She has made a positive change in that office and you can just feel the peace in there now. Good new staff now as she weeded the others out. That's what this place needed.

My first visit I should have know that I shouldn't be going there. Staff was VERY RUDE, and waited 3 hrs to see the doctor and he only spent 15 mins with me. He made me do things that my insurance won't cover and I had to pay, since they didn't cover. Some visits I didn't see the doctor I only seen his assistant. I wanted to do physical therapy at another location, closer to my house and they wouldn't let me. They said that I had to do it at their facility. Billing department is a nightmare. Would take a week to two weeks, and several attempts to get the information I needed. DON'T USE this facility or doctor
