I think your staff needs to spend time at slu or another doctor office. The staff is the worst I have ever had contact with. Dr Katsikas is not a bad doctor if you can get passed his staff. I keep telling staff something is wrong but they didn't listen. When I got to slu and they checked my stint they found out that the pieces of stone embedded to the outside of my stint. Next time listen to the patient some of us have never had a kidney stone before and have no ideal what to expect.
16 years , and counting.

He has kept me going for 16 years;has kept bladder cancer at bay during that time.Has used different treatments as available, and they have been working. He is easy to talk to, and takes an interest in his patients. He is very down to earth, and has a pretty good bedside manner. He does not have a problem discussing treatments with me;and is always interested in my point of view about things.I think he is a good Doctor , and has his patients best interests at heart.

He is competent and compassionate. Takes the time to listen and responds thoughtfully to my questions. I'd say he is the best!
