Dr Stern is a thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. True you might have a hard time getting an appointment or have to wait a little extra time when you need to see her, but that is simply because she takes the time to listen to your symptoms, talk with you and answer any questions. The style of an excellent physician!

Dr. Stern has great bedside manner and spends quality time with her patients. However, she is overbooked. With the office closed on Wed. and a two hour lunch each day it is next to impossible to get an appointment. If they finally do squeeze you in for an appointment you wait over an hour at the office. I have called for "sick vists" and been told she was too busy and I should go to urgent care instead. I have also called for a routine physical and been told I would have to wait nearly a year for an appointment. When I questioned the staff about the long wait time and inability to get an appointment they were rude. They were also in such a rush to get me out of the office last time I went that they gave me expired medicaiton samples (over a year old). Because of this I do NOT recommend this doctor's office even though the doctor is very good.

Dr. Stern stepped in after Dr. Carter's passing and has been so caring and helpful to my family and me. She is very deligent about the care and follow up she provides to her patients. Her reommendations are very dutiful and accurate. Dr. Stern is highly recommended.
