When you go to the doctors office these days most of us have to pay a co-pay. Well this is fine but when you get a double co-pay because the doctor you saw dosen't read your results and it is sent to another doctor this isn't good. This will give you an extra co-pay and generates another absorbient invoice with new charges to your health care provider. I will no longer go to Dr. Gable because the office manager is a creep and have left messages for her to have Dr. Gable to call me about this..and nothing! They have even threatened to have this co-pay go to collections. This is Texas Vascular Associates by the way in Barlor Medical Center downtown Dallas. At no time was I told that there was going to be to office visit charges that I would be responsible for. In the past ten years I have never been charged for all sevices performed in the office. So to wrap it upm, If you have testing done here, plan to have a double co-pay. Sory Dr Gable...your fired and you should fire your accouting gal also as she has no Customer Service skills.
