Dr. Whatley has helped my adult son for two of his kidney stones. My son is autistic and has learning delays. Dr. Whatley and his staff were very patient with him both times. The first required retrieval surgery and the second time he was able to pass the stone on his own. It is very difficult for my son to understand how to explain and handle his pain. He also does not understand medical issues unless it is explained at a level a 5th grader could understand. Dr. Whatley and his staff are amazing and did a wonderful job both times we needed help with the kidney stone issues. I cannot imagine using anyone else.

Does not follow up with patients when that call or their nurse calls

I had to give a longer wait time, but that was only because it was an emergency situation in which the office worked me in.
