great surgeon and really nice guy - type of person you would like to talk football with and have a beer..he explains the surgery and answers all your questions and is an excellent doctor - highly recommend him

Great doctor, terrific surgeon. Supports patient autonomy by allowing his patients the right to make decisions about their medical care without trying to influence their decision. If your looking for a doctor that listens and provides practical solutions without making you a test monkey in the process.....he is your guy!!! Would use him again EVERY time, hands down!

I am writing this review because of the excellent care I received from Dr. Pendarvis. I can't say enough about how competent, compassionate and thorough I feel Dr. Pendarvis is. He made me feel very confident with his diagnosis, treatment and recovery. I am glad to say I will be doing all my follow up care with him also. I would highly recommend Dr. Pendarvis!

Dr. Pendarvis immediately made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything to me very thoroughly. He even offered additional help with another health issue I have d he will be working with me on that issue as soon as I have recovered from my upcoming surgery with him. He also has recommended another doctor for yet anither health issue I have to deal with, which is extremely helpful because I had been searching for a doctor in that particular field and had not found one. Because I am so comfortable with Dr. Pendarvis, I have confidence in this other doctor he has so highly recommended. I feel like finding Dr. Pendarvis for the issue he will be working on with me is a huge blessing! He has helped ease my stress and fears, and I'm very grateful to hum for that!

I used Dr. Pendarvis for thyroid surgery. He did an excellent job not only with the surgery, but with the information beforehand about what he would be doing, and how I would feel. Three months later, I was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital for an unrelated condition and asked for him for some emergency surgery. He showed up the day I was admitted to speak to me, and performed my emergency surgery the next day. I am so grateful for a doctor who cares so much about his patients.
