Fantastic personal treatment. Caring and compassionate care. Explains everything in a caring and professional manner.
Great doctor very thought & really puts you at ease
Dr. Rachjaibun spends whatever time he needs to make sure that the patient is completely examined, and then communicates with the patient so that when they leave they are comfortable with the steps that need to be taken to insure that they have the optimum care possible. I have NEVER visited and had the feeling that the doctor was trying to hurry on to the next patient. The doctor treats me with utmost respect and compassion...and leaves me feeling as though he is really concerned with my health.
Dr. Deric R. is without a doubt one of the very best Doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He listens, he cares, he finds ANSWERS, where others have failed. The depth of his knowledge never ceases to amaze me, or my husband. We also appreciate the nurses, Denise and Carmen, who are both caring and efficient. The up front Office Team is also very welcoming and efficient. I will ALWAYS be grateful for finding Dr. Deric Rachjaibun and the 19th Ave Family Medicine Team!
Dr. Deric is super friendly and personable. He was very informative and listened to my concerns and addressed each one with me one on one. I came in with a bunch of concerns and left feeling a lot more confident. Dr. Deric really takes the time to know his patient. Which is so rare nowadays! Explains medical diagnosis fully and thoroughly, makes sure the patient leaves with no outstanding questions. I highly recommend him to everyone!
My wife and I and I have been receiving primary medical from Dr. Deric Rachjaibun at the 19th Avenue Family Practice Center. We have been enjoying the services of Dr, Rachjaibun and his fine staff for over 7 years. We are 60 and 63 respectively and every time we schedule an appointment by telephone or request a medication refill we are treated with tremendous kindness and speak with knowledgeable and concerned individuals. Dr, Rachjaibun is the finest medical doctor we have ever had and we don't hand out compliments of this nature willy nilly. Dr, Rachjaibun has always taken the time necessary to sit with us and go over all of our health needs. There is no doubt in our minds that he is truly a doctor with values and commitment from our generation only younger. He is a doctor who stands above his peers with his knowledge and honest caring advice and instructions and he listens extremely well. The office is well laid out and is always very clean. The bathrooms and patience rooms are always very, very clean and have no hidden odors or dirt in corners. The staff always greets us with a friendly smile and remembers our names each time we come in. We strongly recommend Dr. Deric Rachjaibun as a doctor for you and your family.
Dr Deric is a terrific primary care physician. He meets all of the criteria listed above in spades.
Anything this office lacks in promptness is only because the complete and utter courteousness you receive from Dr Deric is second to none. Every patient is treated with the utmost importance and care.
Pays close attention to the details and makes patients feel understood.
I am happy with the service I had with my practitioner, but I am frustrated with the front desk. Not happy. I understand these offices can be busy and you have many clients to work with, but as a new patient when you have had numerous errors from the beginning it becomes concerning and frustrating. My first appointment was scheduled incorrectly twice. Secondly, the front desk appears to be too busy to answer your questions and rush you off the phone. This creates frustration from the beginning. To add fuel to the situation, when you have to call back numerous times regarding questions or correct an error regarding your medical records, naturally this creates frustration with both parties. I asked as well to have some documentation sent to me.... It has been a couple weeks and it still has not arrived. Absolutely frustrating. My suggestion: Take a moment to talk to the patient without cutting them off right after you have asked them a question. Understand the client is merely trying to obtain their medical information and has the right to know that the information provided to them is correct. If the information is not correct the client has the right to notify the Dr's office and inform the staff of the error without being accused of being maliciously rude. No one wants to have to keep calling the Dr's office. It creates more work for everyone. If you were the patient would this not be frustrating to you?
I have had a great experience with him for over 7 years. His NP Joan is superb. No complaints at all.
D years ago but am now moving back to colorado and pray I can resume seeing him.octor Rachjaibun is absolutely wonderful! I was a health care professional for 40 years and have never met a Doctor as knowledgeable, kind and truly interested in his patients as "DR. DERIC". I had to leave him when I moved out of
Dr. Deric is great! I have had maybe 10 dr's in the last 12 years due to job changes, school, changing insurance, and dr's leaving practices. He is top 2. Always takes the time to listen and treats me like a patient and not like a list of symptoms. Always asks the deeper questions and offers explanations. I highly recommend him. Very friendly. I get lab work done and he will often stop in to say hello or see how I'm doing. My only complaint with their office is there is one front desk lady who is great and knows her stuff and one that never seems to know what's going on. Minor. I would recommend this practice any day.
Dr. Deric and his PA Joan are amazing. I feel extremely comfortable and it shows that they really care.
Compassionate, efficient and genuinely caring. Always an A experience.
I "defaulted" to Dr. Deric (Rachjaibun) after the other Dr at the practice left. I have to say that I couldn't be more happy with him! He is genuine when he is with you, cares about you, and most of all is committed to helping you with whatever your issue may be. I hope that he practices for a long time because he is who I will be seeing for my PCP.
Dr. Rachjaibun is attentive and warm. He is also very knowledgable and you can tell that he does his homework on recent studies/methods. He takes his time and explains everything so you can understand it. I have also never had any problems with wait times or scheduling an appointment. His office hours are great for working professionals and his office is lovely. I hope to have Dr. Rachjaibun as my physician until he retires.
I have been a patient with Dr Deric Rachjaibun for about 6 years and have been very pleased with him. However since he has moved to his new location his front office staff has been very unfriendly. I have been able to overlook their shortness until recently when I went in for Dr Rachjaibun to sign a Medical Report for me. I faxed the form over to the office and called to see if they had received it and they refused to look the first day saying that it was most likely in the doctors office. I was in need of this paper work in and time was of the essence for me so along with the fax that I sent over I went ahead and scheduled and appointment so that I could follow up if needed which was about a week out. I was completely fine with the time frame of the appointment, but continued to call the office daily to make sure that they had at least received the form that I needed to be filled out. If I didnt need to come in I did not want to the office and need to. I let the office receptionist know every time that I called that this form was time sensitive for me and finally the 4th time I called she was willing to look to make sure they had received my fax. She told me that the doctor did have it and would fill it out when he had the time. When I called the next two days I was put on hold and then told it was in his office he would fill it out then he had the time. I asked her to have him give me a phone call but never received one from him. Now I understand that there are several different types of forms but this form was literally one page where he just needed to state how long he had known me as a patient, if I had any illnesses, if so what (Which was just a no answer) and then to sign the bottom of the page. The day came for my appointment so I brought in another copy of the form incase he didnt have it once I got there. I left like I always do with plenty of time to get to the office. I have never been late for a doctors appointment, but with the weather being bad instead of being early I arrived at the building at 11:00 the time of my appointment. Dr Rachjaibuns office is now located at a hospital and it was very difficult to find a parking space and get up to his floor. By the time I got there it was 11:13. I signed in and sat down. The receptionist asked me if anything had changed and told me that I needed to pay the co pay. I told here that I was there for the doctor to sign a paper and didnt think I needed to pay a co pay. She told me that he would be explaining the paperwork to me so I needed to pay. I told her I wanted to talk to the doctor first. She said fine and went back to her work. In the mean time another patient walked into the office and checked in. He apologized for being late and informed them how bad the parking situation was. It was 11:16 at this point and the receptionist looks over at me and felt the need to attack me. I am assuming it was because of my annoying her with my calling every day and then saying that I wanted to wait to pay my co-pay until I spoke to the doctor. She turned to me and said. You do realize that your appointment was at 11:00 right? I told her yes I was and the proceeded to tell me that when patients are this late we needed to reschedule because it puts the doctor behind. I told her that I had a difficult time finding parking as well. She continued on her attack and told me that is why patients are supposed to come early to appointments. I asked her if she treated all of her patients this way, knowing very well that she hadnt treated the other gentleman that was in the waiting room WITH me this way. She continued on her rant saying yes she does that any patient would be informed that they needed to reschedule because it puts the doctor too far behind. At this time Dr Rachjaibuns nurse came out to get me, as I am sure she was as disturbed by the receptionist behavior as I was. She was kind and asked me if I waned my vitals taken and I told her no that I just need to speak with the doctor. Dr Rachjaibun came to my room and I explained to him how upset I was this the way that I was treated by his front office. I told him that I had been contacting them for over a week to try to get this time sensitive material form him. I told him about my request for a phone call back from him, but he told me that he never received a message from his front office. I told him that I did not feel like I needed to pay a co pay for him to fill out a piece of paper and he explained to me that he does require appointments for that otherwise he would be overwhelmed with all the paper work. I told him that I understood his procedure of doing that, however in the last week I had called his office 6 times and had never been informed of his procedures, I was just given the run around. I informed him of his receptionist attitude when I came in and how it was in front of another patient. He told me, before I even mentioned to him how I would not be able to use his office again after being treated that way, that he wouldnt blame me if I didnt want to come back. I informed him that the front office is a reflection of who he is, and that while I have found him to be a great doctor that I cannot put up with someone being so blatantly rude to me. He informed me that he has had several complaints about her and that he would talk to her, but unfortunately he works for a company now and cant just fix things the way he would have when he was practicing at his other location. I told him that I would go up and pay my co-pay, but that I would not deal with her when I paid. He informed me that I did not need to pay the co-pay and that he was sorry that it took so long for me to get such a simple document filled out. The reason I am giving him such a low score is because of his front desk. 90% of a patients time is with the doctors staff and I am one that needs to feel like I am cared for by all of the office not just the doctor. If you are willing to put up with rude rude rude people at the front desk then you would have a great doctor in Dr. Rachjaibun.
Dr. Deric is absolutely the best Dr I have ever come across. Historically, I have avoided going to the Dr's office as I have viewed my previous PCP's as only out to make a buck at my expense. Dr Deric put all of those feelings to rest. I recommend him without reservation.
Dr. Deric is by far the best physician I have ever had! He is nice, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
Dr. Deric and his staff are wonderful. He has an easy manner and I always feel like I have enough time with him. I always feel like he listens to me. My husband and my sister's family see him as well and think he's great!
Dr. Deric is an amazing Family Physician. His talent with putting each and every one of our children at ease is tremendous. He is extremely knowledgeable, very genuinely concerned, offers great practical advice, and never rushes. I'd be hard pressed to find a Doctor as well rounded and friendly.
WHEN I COME TO VISIT DR. RACHJAIBUN I KNOW HE WILL TAKE CARE OF MY FAMILY AND I. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD MEET A DOCTOR LIKE HIM. HE CARES ABOUT EVERYONE AND THAT'S WHAT I LIKE ABOUT HIM!!!
Absolutely the best family physician we have had. He has a wonderful manner is attentive to your problems and concerns and never rushes you out of the office. He seems to be very well versed in the latest medical developments and is not afraid to admit when he needs an outside opinion.
