Would not recommend. My son had been a patient for several years and she missed prominent things that we could have sought out preventative care for. My last appointment I was told I had a bill but could make a certain amount of the payment to be seen. I got to the office and they would not see my SICK child without me giving a different amount even though I had already been told on the phone what to bring. I asked for his records so I could find a doctor to see him and they tried charging me an additional $200 for those. $200 for our records. To turn a way a sick child for $50 dollars is diabolical. Not to mention, after that they filed a judgement to have me garnished although the biller told me I could just make payments. Once I paid for the medical records it took forever to be sent to the new doctor for care.

I can't call up there with out getting a snobby attitude that gives me anxiety. I feel like they dont know how to talk to their patients parent that chose their location to bring their children smh. It's kind of A job to make a appointment and that is not ok

This is the worst pediatrician office I have ever been to. My pediatrician stopped taking private insurance so I was forced to find another doctor and so I came to this office. I assumed the doctor would be Dr. Khambete but nope. I have never even seen this lady. They have nurse practitioners working all the appointments, which I prefer not to see, I want an actual doctor. Dr. Severam has been seeing my baby since birth, again never seen Khambete, don't even know what she looks like and if I don't specify when an appointment is made, they put me with a nurse, I hate that!! I When I first came to this office in 2016 the staff was friendly and very helpful, I don't know what happened to the staff but the new people in there are no help at all!! I don't want to go to another pediatrician but I am now forced to because I do not like this office and I do not recommend anyone to go here either. I do like Dr. Severam a lot and I hate to leave her but the way this office is, I just cant no… more.

It is always easy to make an appointment, very thorough office staff, great nurses, clean facility.

She is a terrible doctor, not only bad bedside manner, but you'll ve sitting and waiting for a good hour and a half in the waiting room and another 45 min to an hour in the room. My daughter is two and we've gone there quite a few times and only seen her once. The nurses are mean and not gentle at all. I would never recomend her.

Dr Khambete told my granddaughter who is 12 years old and in the YOUTH HONOR SICIETY at PONTIAC ACADEMY FOR EXCELENCE SCHOOL, that she sees her getting pregnant in a few more years just because my granddaughter and her mother were not getting along and her mother told Khambete about it. (my grandaughter does not have boy problems) She also told my granddaughters mother not to let her nor my grandson go to their fathers house. She does not give good advise.

The very first day I met Dr.Khambete I was impressed by her wonderful bedside manner. She is genuinely a caring person and takes the time to learn the children individually. She will take really good care of your children.
