When I was pregnant with my first child. Dr. Saari told me, Your baby is not going to die, but other women are going to lose their babies! I had been in the hospital for six days with pain. I was not getting better and I gained 25lbs of water weight in those six days. She talked baby talk to me during the 3 1/2 hour delivery and I tore frontally, all the way up.
