Dr. Dianne K Trudell, MD

Dr. Trudell is an excellent doctor, however her staff is lousy. I am on predisone and I had contacted her office to renew my script on Aug. 5th. However I found out this morning by a call from the office that they hadn't seen my message to place the order. That's a week later. I was furious and tried all day to get them to give me an emergenecy order. I was completely out of medicine and, but, all they said I would have to wait. Just awful and unprofessional.

Dr Trudell is very unethical, her staff is horrible. I do not recommend to anybody!

Dr Trudell is unethical in her practice. The staff there is horrible. I would not and do not recommend her or the staff there..

While I love Dr. Trudell her office staff is terrible! I have been without my Enbrel for almost 6 weeks now & as m in horrible pain. All I need is a Referral letter from Dr. Trudell to Amgen to get my prescription & her office staff can't even handle that! They sent my script to the local rx & my copay is so high. I am approved to get it from Amgen for free, they are just waiting for the referral letter!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. I have never met a more egotistical "don't have time for your petty problems" doctor in my life. I would rather go to a veterinarian than see her.

Saw the doctor and she seemed so caring. She did a full body x-ray and blood workup. I wasn't scheduled to see her for six months. When I went to see her, she did NOT ask how I was doing, how I felt over the past six months of having Benelysta treatments!~This is dangerous and unethical. All she did was go over my bloodwork and over my x-rays and walked out of the room!?!?!! Last month, after my infusion I became very ill and wound up spending 5 days in the hospital. My primary doctor wanted me to tell Dr. Trudel what was going on with my health and her concerns with me doing a treatment. Dr. Trudel did not even have the courtesy of calling me back in a timely manner, I had to hear from one of her office personal that she said "when she feels better return to the infusions". REALLY? This is how you care for a patient who is undergoing auto immune suppression IV medication??? Shouldn't she have checked me over herself? Why wasn't she having blood work done prior to every infusion… like my previous doctor? I know, because she is lazy, over booked and incompetent! Dr. Trudel has a problem getting along with not only her patients, but she also has gone through multiple young women within her office. I know this because I cannot keep up with the women in her office because they come and go so often. And I ran into two of her girls at other doctors offices! Dr. Trudel is no longer in this field to help people, she's lost her "mojo" and is putting her patients at risk! I have transferred to a much more caring and kind facility where the doctors care and the staff have been there for years! My advice to any new patient is to find another doctor!

This was the 3rd time I saw Dr. Trudell. Evidently, it was a bad day for her....I waited over 1 hour and then she abruptly saw me for 5 minutes. I shall not return.

There seems to be no organization in the office. My 84 yr old mother waited 3 months to see her. Was told they were running behind about an hour. After she saw the doctor, she waited 45 min for someone to draw her blood, then sent back to waiting room to wait for another 45 min. She was taken to the X ray room and waited almost an hour to get x rays taken. Patients in the waiting room were complaining and saying it's an average of a 3 hour wait every time they go. Prescriptions are never ready when they are suppose to be, reports are not ready on time. Half the staff went to lunch while my mom was left laying on a cold steel x ray table. My mom's appt was at 8:30am and didn't walk out of there until 1:35pm....5 HOURS. She was shaking from not having anything to eat. If this is the way they treat the elderly, the doctor either needs to stop over booking or get some competent workers in there.

My last appointment was a long wait..it was over 2 hours. Calling in for help for a problem took over a week. It is a fiasco trying to get a call back from the Dr. Assistant. Dr. Keeps taking new patients and it shows...long wait just to get a call in. Dr. Trudell is an excellent Dr but the way her office is run is awful.
