Dr. Donald Jonathan Clutter, MD

Charged for an expensive procedure he did not do. And, otherwise, did not attend to all of my concerns.

I had no idea Dr. Clutter was going to do a turbinant reduction and septiplasty. We had never discussed those procedures. He was supposed to remove a lump in one nostril following my basal cell carcinoma procedure. I still have the lump and he and his facility made money on unnecessary procedures.

I cannot say anything good about my surgery experience with Dr. Clutter. Beware of this doctor.

I went to Dr. Clutter upon the recommendation of a friend, for an elective surgery. Setting up the initial appointment was easy. I never had to wait longer than I do in any other doctor's office. Dr. Clutter and his staff were totally professional and caring, and the preparation and follow-up were excellent. I am delighted with my eye-lids, which had been droopy, heavy, sweaty, and uncomfortable. They are now back to "normal". The entire experience with Dr. Clutter and his office was totally positive.

I found both Dr. Clutter & his staff to be professional, friendly, and their follow up was exceptional. Yes, I waited & waited......but it was worth it.
