Dr. Donald Franklin, MD

Dr. Franklin was brilliant in figuring out a serious medical problem with my husband. We had been to several doctors before Dr. Franklin who could not help us. He listened carefully and he was kind and compassionate to my husband and I. His knowledge and wisdom allow my husband to live and to walk out of the hospital. We know The Lord used Dr. Franklin in a mighty way. God Bless Dr. Donald Franklin, Jr, He was an answer to our prayers.

Asked questions and listened to my answers - asked appropriate follow-up questions. As a liver transplant recipient nine years ago, and as a nurse, I knew it was just a matter of time before I started having renal issues. Dr. Franklin has been compassionate, forthright, thoughtful and has included me in his diagnostic and possible treatment plans for me. Couldn't be happier with his care!!

Doctor Franklin is professional and knowledgeable. He has helped my husband through kidney disease and transplant. Wouldn’t want to trust anyone else with kidney issues.

There are better doctors than him

This man do not have any compassion toward the patients at all.dollar signs excites this man.when some patients starts dialysis, when they are not able to work anymore,he still wants them to continue to work, this man does not has anyone's feelings at all.he is arrogant, rude, and ignorant, too.avoid this man.absolutely will not recommend at all!!!!

This man is arrogant, uncaring, disrespectful, rude, and no bedside manner at all. Do not go to this man.

Franklin was my doctor back in the 90's,I had him to fill out some papers for me, to get my disability started, he would put on my disability papers, I can still work, he does not has my feelings at all. I switched over to another one of his partner's, I'm very pleased with one of Franklin 's partner's. He has no interest in the patient' s well being at all. He 's arrogant, rude, judgemental, and thinks he's better than the patients, and doctors, too. A friend of mine, had gone to franklin, she told me that he was judgemental to her. She told me that, her feelings was really hurt. Franklin can't judge, only God does the judging. Absolutely no bad side manner at all. I would not recommend this man to anyone at all.

They only good thing about franklin is he knows what he is doing when it comes to kidney transplantation. His bedside manor is less then fair. he is rude, hateful, uncaring, obnoxious, and makes the patient which is already dealing with a lot feel like its all their fault that they are having to be seen by him. He needs to learn how to talk to a patient as if they are human and not less then him. He has forgotten that if it wasn't for the patients then he wouldn't have a job.I will be glad when one day and hopefully soon that a new doctor will come along and bump him off his pedestal and maybe he will realize that we are all human and he needs to learn to find something happy in his life instead of making his patients life heck while he is talking down to them and putting them down while talking to them telling them its their fault and telling them that they are worthless and not worth his time.
