This doctor really understood my situation and tried to help me with talk therapy and medication. For the first time, it felt like someone at least sort of understood me. Stern but helpful and wanting me to be ready to help myseld and do things I needed to do to improve my life as well. Not someone who wants to listen to excuses or who coddles you, but someone who understands your conditions and tries to help you— as well as help you truly make your own situation better. I got a lot of self-awareness by talking to this doctor and realized some of the self-harming behaviors and unhealthy behaviors I had. The location is suburban and not the easiest or quickest commute from NYC, but worth the suburban commute. I’m not sure of pricing without insurance, but my insurance at least was on-network so I could get help.

This lady should have her medical license. I’m already in a vulnerable state and this woman told me how sick I am and that I need to keep seeing her. She told me that if I was playing her that there are consequences and “nobody plays her”. This woman needs help and Does not need to be judging and putting ppl that actually need down. I’m contacting New Jersey state to see what else I can do about this so called “doctor”.. STAY AWAY from this person
