Dr. Dorcas Chi, MD

Dr Dorcas Chi gets an A from us. She was patient, knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. My moms insurance changed but she still offer to answer questions via phone. I hope this review gives you confidence to go to her. We will miss her and cross our fingers that we will like our new oncologist as much as we liked Dr Dorcas Chi. I’m sure going to let my moms physician know how much we appreciated the referral to her,

I was under the care of Dr. Chi for more than three years. Always a pleasure to have an appointment with her. She is sweet and refreshing to be around. She explains everything you need to know about the situation, and is always hopeful. I followed her from St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Brighton, when she moved to South Shore Hospital. She took time to talk to us and explain my husband's situation, progress and treatment plan. She answered every question which concerns us and make us feel secure that we are getting the best medical care. When my husband was admitted, I could not visit him but, Dr Chi personally called me to give me an update. My heart was broken when I heard she will be transferring and I hope we could find a doctor like her who cared for us like family.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT DR. CHI. I HAVE BEEN IN HER CARE FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. I TRAVEL FROM SOUTHERN N.H. TO SEE HER. I WOULD NOT TRADE HER FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR.

She came in and just blurted out that my husband had pancreas cancer like she was telling us the weather. She should have my empathy and class. I'd be embarrassed to have her representing doctors at South Shore Hospital. Appalling. Moved to Beth Israel. Much more professional doctors.

she is not respecting her patients and did not give them time to talk and expanied their medical problem and not answering her pager if her patient had emergency .
