Dr. Erkan literally saved my life. I was in the midst of a lupus crisis. I was seen by 4 other rheumatologists and each wanted to put me on IV drug therapy.. Dr. Erkan came up with a different approach (2 pills -no horrible side effects) and I am in remission. I literally owe him my life..

Outstanding physician. Cares deeply for his patients, which is evident in his excellent bedside manner, amazing knowledge, and consistently reliable and prompt follow-up. I would recommend him to everyone!

I have found Dr Erkan to be very knowledgable about lupus and its symptoms. He always returns phone calls if I am having a problem. I live over an hour from his office and I do find that he takes that into consideration with follow up tests. I wish he had some early/late appointments. Can only schedule between 9-4

Dr. Erkan is a wonderful doctor who is knowledgeable and caring. Diagnosed my problem when numerous others didn't. Dr. Erkan is one of the few doctors that I have that responds personally to my calls within 24 hours. Travel a distance to see him but it is well worth it.

Overall experiences Dr. Erkan He did not follow through, Idisliked his bed manners. I would not recommend this physician

New patients complete a very detailed medical history questionnaire before the 1st appointment. It was obvious at my 1st appointment that he'd read--and remembered--the entire history. He's measured, careful, and attentive to all my questions. The most thorough, responsive Dr I've ever had.
