Dr. Wood performed a left carinal pnemonectomy on me in early 2008 after other doctors told me my cancer was inoperable. Very few doctors in the country could have done this surgery. The results have been excellent with no sign of cancer after 4 years. He spends more time with me in followup appointments than I would expect, particularly from a doctor at the top of his field with many other claims on his time. Top notch surgeon. Top notch person.
