Dr. Mann saved my life, literally!! I had a horrible nose bleed and ending up needing emergency surgery. What could have been a terrible expierence was amazing all thanks to dr. Mann and his staff!

Simple ear wax removal was by his hands very painful. I have had this done before by a much more caring and careful ENT doctor, that caused me no pain at all. He seemed unapologetic for causing me such pain. Very arrogant doctor.

Extremely Pompous and Arrogant...just shrugs his shoulders when you ask for a diagnosis.

It was easy to get an appointment; however, I had to wait 40 minutes to see the doctor. He was not even in the office but at the hospital. He never apologized for the wait. They take your picture at the reception desk which I found to be a little creepy. His initial suggestions to help clear my sinusitis didn't help. When I came back for a follow-up, he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. I asked him if I should continue taking the nasal spray, and he just said, "I guess so." His attitude was non-caring. I left there with no answers, and I still have the problem.
