I spent more time out in the waiting room than I did with Dr.Long. When I did arrive in the room to see Dr.Long his assistant asked me questions about my problem and what my pain was at. I don't know why she did because the only thing that Dr.Long did when he came in to see me was told me that he would not perform any surgery and when I asked him what I should do ( mind you, my pain was at a 5 and I was in tears), he said to continue with pain management and just "deal with it"! I could not believe I just heard this come out of his mouth, or can I considering the last time I saw him, which was a couple of years earlier and he spent a whole 5 minutes with me. This time wasn't much different. I had heard from a handful a people that they didn't have a very good experience with him either. I wish I would have listened to them!!
