He used to be wonderful. Probably took on too many patients. I have many friends who USED to go there, not just - calls NEVER, EVER get returned AND office manager was nasty about it to boot. Their mistakes in dealing with my pharmacy/insurance company literally cost me hundreds. They could not my care less. I have never dealt with ruder people in my life. Told the doctor, his response? "It's just going to get worse." Someday, they will get sued.

He used to be nice, used to be attentive. Actually had someone in his office tell me he spends too much time on hospital boards now. Can't get an appt. to see him, cant get calls returned. Front desk staff is exceptional. Unfortunately, personnel who answer phones are totally incompetent. Couldn't write down a msg correctly if their life depended upon in. Furthermore, either he has taken on way too many patients or he doesn't seem to care that you're in pain as he doesn't return calls any more. If you could actually get in to see him, that wouldn't be a problem.
