DR. ROSEN IS A GREAT PHYSICIAN,HOWEVER SOME OF THE OFFICE STAFF ARE ABRASIVE/CURT WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO MAKE AN APPT.TO THE POINT WHERE SOMEONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE THEN HANG UP.WHEN I QUESTIONED WHAT'S GOING ON ,I WAS GIVEN A SHORT ABRUPT RESPONSE.THE LAST TIME I WAS IN THE OFFICE THE REP AT THE DESK WOULDN'T LIFT UP HER HEAD ,SHE JUST KEPT STARING AT HER DESK AS I CHECKED IN.

I have been Dr. Rosen's patient since 1986 he always has helped me through many medical issues last being in Sept 2018 found a suspicious growth on the inside of my right groin area which turned out to be a cancerous lesion. It was removed by Dr. Ira Davis in Nov 2018 . I would not switch to any other dermatologist no matter what choice was give to me God bless Dr. Douglas Rosen.

Dr. Rosen is not just a great dermatologist but also a very caring one. He is very thorough and follows up every patient concern. Could not recommend a physician any more

Dr Rosen was not arrogant at all which has been my experience with most other doctors of traditional medicine. He was kind to my daughter , sweet , funny and his voice was very soothing which may sound odd but he didnt ,make me feel nervous or rushed . He was approachable. Accommodating and I will be using him as my dermatologist from now on.
