Dr. Douglas Thierer, DO

I had a serious work injury and he got me all the best care that I really needed. He had a very good bedside manner, was concerned and had great ideas to get me the care I needed. I was grateful for all his help and I highly recommend.

Dr. Thierer was very attentive to my problems, he provided recommendations of what I can do to reach the right people. He did not rush the appointment and made sure to help as much as he could. I definitely want to see him again for my next appointment, he made me feel valued as a patient and cared for.

Do NOT see this man as your doctor. I was referred to him for a workers comp evaluation. He barely listened to me, examined me, or even made eye contact and then denied me workers comp. 6 months later after working for an appeal I now finally have been approved for workers comp. I lost 6 months of my life because of this man! As part of the workers comp process I had to see him again after the appeal - where he then decided he was not competent enough to be my physician and completely bowed out of my case. What a waste!!! Stick him in a lab - he should not be working with humans. I'd give a zero if I could.

I had a multiple system injury that I obtained from a job related activity. He failed to do a complete evaluation. His recommendation was to go back to work. I followed up with my Primary Care Physician. And all of my complaints showed a positive injury. This ultimately resulted in my FORCED retirement and a pending law suit. He is a disgrace to the WHITE COAT and the OATH....

Terrible doctor. Always late to his appointments and no bedside manner. Did not help me at all. Only pleasant thing about visits was his staff.

Dr. Thierer was constantly late to our appointments, even more than 30 minutes late. It seemed to be a joke with his staff. They always advised to get the earliest appointment available because he was always running late. He had no personality/was extremely dry and despite our numerous visits did not help my ailment at all. I’m still in pain and it was a complete waste of time going to him. He merely advised that I take Tylenol. Thanks, my mother told me the same thing.

Dr. Thierer is a good and funny person. I am happy that he is my doctor. He cares for his patients. I will definately recommend him to my friends and family.
