His office staff is very in-mature-I guess GHS does the hiring-but they desperately need mature working females-.His Med.Asst is very rude/short and lacks the skills of communication. Its repetitive performance every time-very little eye contact from her and her voice mail defines her personality. Dr. Whitehead needs to spend more time with patients and more direct eye contact .If my insurance is billed at levels I, II, III then I expect at least 15 min the minimum for the office visit. More mature office personnel would also bring personality to their office. who wants to hear babys daddy drama, and those worried abt their eyeliner-felt like I was a auction and had to place a bid quickly or loose my turn!

Kind of quirky. Doesn't have any humor. Seems predisposed with playing on his laptop rather than actually listenling to patient. Doesn't have any follow up whatsoever. Any minor issue that can be and often is handled by other physicians over the phone, in his case requires yet another paid visit to his office. This is not about a new diagnosis, this is about the one he already saw you for, and there is a medication issue or change. Office has conveyor belt visits in that you may be in the exam room with the doctor for about 5 - 10 minutes max. Staff is not great about follow up referrals or getting the Dr instruction carried out fully. Always catching them in a prescription dosage error and/or not having on record a medication you are on or took OTC despite being informed multiple times about it. Think the knowledge and capability is there, but the Greenville University Hospital system has too many overhead requirements on the Dr. and staff.
