I have had some major eye problems and many examinations and surgeries and follow ups, by Dr. Fuller over 6 or 7 years. I have found him to be most competent in every phase of his work. He knows his subject and I have complete confidence in him. I would willingly recommend him to anyone.e:\corr\dr.fuller\022212a
