Dr. Easwar Ramadoss, MD

Back in 2006, Dr. Ramadoss literally saved our daughter's life. We rushed her to the ER when her fever shot up to 105° at only 2 months old. We spent a 3-4 days in the hospital seeing countless doctors who couldn't tell us what was wrong. Dr. Ramadoss was her regular pediatrician, but he wasn't "on call" at the time. When he got word of what was going on, he came in to see about her. He started researching for hours on end. He would call us or come to the hospital in the middle of the night to see about her. He called us about 2:00 one morning to ask about her symptoms, and when we confirmed that she had all the things he asked about, he simply said, "I'm on my way." He discovered she had Kawasaki disease and rushed to get her treatment within the time frame necessary to save her. It's nearly 14 years since that incredibly scary time in our lives, and I had to find him because I've never gotten the opportunity to truly thank him for saving our daughter!
