Dr. Eaton Chen, MD

Wished I had read the reviews before my appointment. This Dr.? was very unprofessional; there was no eye contact with him; he just kept looking at his computer. It is terrible when you are not feeling well, and you face a person who is condescending and rude. His office floor was disgusting and the molding was covered with years worth of dust! I was extremely disappointed and will not return again!

This doctor was absolutely terrible! Poor bedside manner. Rude and unprofessional. In addition, I have never seen a doctors office this dirty. Floor was filthy, wood molding could not hold any more dust. There was no eye contact. He was condescending and rude. What a disappointment!

Awful. Horrible bedside manner and basically told me that every doctor I have ever seen was wrong about me having sinus infections and that my problem is more likely dry air. Because dry air can apparently cause yellow/green mucus that lasts for weeks and doesn’t go away until a long course of antibiotics and every doctor I have ever seen who has diagnosed me with a sinus infection was wrong.

This doctor is the least communicative one I have ever seen. He mumbles and does not say anything about what I came in for. Eccentric slightly autistic. Staff beyond rude. Don't see this doctor.

Dr Chen gave me my life back. I suffered for years with breathing through my nose. I was terrified of packing my nose for deviated septum surgery. Dr Chen did turbinate surgery instead with only minimal packing. I can breathe so much better and have a better quality of life now. Thanks so much Dr Chen

I went to the doctor for consultation. He took no time to decide and took the test. However when the time came to discuss the results (very imp step for the patient), he had no time for that. He was reluctant to give answer or explain me what exactly the medical terms means. He may be expert in the field but I am not going to go to him again.
