Dr. Edina Karahodzic

My mother had an appointment with Dr. Edina. My dad was there as well accompanying my mom. Even though this appointment was for my mother only, doctor asked my dad how he was doing. He mentioned briefly how he's having headaches as of late. Dr Edina asked few qualifying questions and immediately sent my dad to emergency. My dad ended up having surgery and 2 stents put in. This experience is why I consider Dr. Edina an excellent doctor. She may have saved my father's life.

Will not treat uninsured patients at tuac urgent care even if cost to be seen is paid. Resulted in delay of life saving treatment.

I went to Edina at Urgent Care for stomach pain and nausea a few months back that had been going on for about a month. We completed a pregnancy test, and assured me it was negative. She then suggested a $1000 cat scan when she couldn't pinpoint my symptoms, the cat scan came back perfectly fine. She then sent me home with acid reflex medicine as a last resort. Two days later, I took a pregnancy test at home which came back positive. I made an appointment to see Edina the following day for my morning sickness. When I told her about the test, she said "oh yeah?" She claimed it was too early on to catch and brushed it off. I went to planned parenthood who told me I was 6 weeks along. SIX WEEKS. That is plenty far along to catch and would have showed up on my urine, but instead she sent me, being pregnant, through a cat scan. Edina is completely incompetent and her bedside manners are repulsive.

Excellent Doctor that cares for the health of her patients with positive attitude and surely knows what she's doing. I had the pleasure of meeeting and workIng for Dr. Karahodzic.
