He is Dr. Jekyll and Hyde. Treats staff like a jerk.

Dr. Austin is never at the Compton office. You will be seen by a nurse and the nurse doesn't give you much info. The wait is very long. There is no a/c in the waiting room. The Paramount office is also a long wait. The staff smells like weed. They are rude. I don't recommend this doctor office.

The doctor is a good doctor. The staff is rude. Most of them reek of marijuana. Dirty facility. Once placed in a room, doctor takes forever to check out the patient. Overall not worth going to that doctor.

-ladies in the front desk have an attitude.-you have an appointment but still have to wait an hour + to be seen.-there is no a/c in the front so it's hot and stuffy.-nurse or doctor takes for ever to come and see patient once placed in a room.-after they are done seeing patient, they dont tell you to make an appointment for follow up, pick up prescription in the front, or have a nice day. They just leave you in the room expecting you to know the visit is over. Its a horrible office. Dr. Austin is a good doctor, its just the office people that are lousy.

Dr. Austin is a very caring doctor. He sits with you and shows that ur health is important and takes its time to explain everything. He makes me feel very comfortable!! I also take my children!!! I been a patient of his for years and I enjoy going!!!

I was assigned to Dr. Austin by my insurance company. There is something extremly WRONG with this Doctor's office... THE DOCTOR IS NEVER THERE!!! I have been to several appointments and have been seen by Physician's Assistants (or so they say... They do not seem to have any more knowledge than a medical assistant!!! I have called my insurance company and have requested a NEW DOCTOR.
