Dr. Edward Francis Freccero, MD

Dr Edward Freccerro is a very kind, empathetic and knowledgable physician. His compassion for his patients actually make him a great doctor. The waiting time to see him can be challenging but when you finally are able to see him you have his complete attention. His staff, especially his nurse Nicole are amazing.

Dr. Freccero is the most caring doctor and man I have ever met. He actually makes home visits to his sick patients and listens to and understands all that is troubling you. Unheard of today.

Dr. Frecerro is a wonderful physician but be prepared to wait at least 2-3 hours to see him. Shannon the secretary is fine when he is in the office but she is very rude when he is not there and if you call for an appointment she will always tell you he is booked on the days that you can come. So if you need a follow up app in 1 week she will tell you that he cannot fit you in for 3,weeks. The only staff person I found to be helpful was Nicole. it became too much of a hassle to get an appointment so unfortunately I switched doctors.

Dr Ed is fantastic, caring, compassionate and through. Recently my father had to be seen. Dr Ed spent so much time answering all of his questions. In the end my father admitted to having some issues with coordination and balance. Dr. Ed met briefly with another patient, then came back to our room to test his coordination and balance. He is very thoughtful in his approach. I think he listens to his patients and tries to get to the exact route of what ever issue is presented. The problem is that a typical 15 minute Doctor appointment can become 30 minutes to an hour... and this tends to back up his waiting room. On another occasion, we had a 5pm appointment but waited for 2 hours. If you book an appointment, please call ahead. The people at the front desk will give you a general idea of how far behind he is running. You definitely get quality with him. He also does all his own rounds at Brockton Hospital and on the rehab unit. You don't see that very often these days.

Hours of operation are awful, plan on taking the day off of work. I have had a few appointments but never got on the table for Dr. Ed. I was given an appointment card and when I showed up no one was there complete darkness. I called and talked to the answering service and got laughed at. My latest was I went there after work waited for 3 hours talked with an exiting patient that had been there for 5 hours I got up and left. poor and unacceptable! Not a joke UNACCEPTABLE!! I did See his father once which was a pleasant experience. For the appointments that i did have from the nurse practitioner It seems even the simplest tasks they would send me off to the nearest hospital. Dr. Ed must be an amazing doctor to have such a large client base but whoever is scheduling appointments is failing bad. What ever happened to the appointment conformation call.

He has too many patients. Runs from room to room and back again. Ridiculous.

I would highly reccommend Dr. Edward Frecerro. His listens attentively to you and he is unbelievably thorough. I can't say enough about him.
