Dr Lack is the best nicest Dr with big skills.

Dr Edward Lack is one of the very best doctors I have ever been treated by. He has extensive knowledge of treatments and continues to keep up with the latest innovations. He always takes his time and does a thorough examination. He is truly one of the best.

First visit: Appt was for 11:40am, was not called back until 2pm, was suppose to get diagnosed and have full body mole check for cancer. Was diagnosed but no skin checkup. $65. Second visit: wait time 35 min. Skin check. $65. I like 1st Lack. His staff needs to get their act together. I have called 20+ times, never once have I received a call back. Prescriptions are almost impossible to get refilled since nobody listens to the voice messages left. Or they just ignore them.

I found dr. LACK condescending and he did not listen to what I had gone in to see the dermatologist in the first place.. I spent my time and money for nothing.

Way out of touch with todays practices and patient treatment. Jumps to quick conclusions w/o really analyzing the problem. Very argumentive and opinionated. Find some one else, don't waste your time and money!!

Friendly & clean office. Liked Dr. Lack although he did not have to perform any procedures on me, I thought he gave a thorough head to toe exam and explained what I should be doing to prevent any problems.

I had a basil cell carcinoma behind my right ear. He asked me if I wanted him to "cut" it out or "freeze" it with liquid nitrogen. Having had numerous basil cells "frozen" with very little discomfort, and not realizing the spot was directly over the mastoid bone, I chose "freezing". As a result, I experienced the most intense, excruciating pain I have ever felt in my 80 plus years. Ignoring my screams, he continued , without a pause, for the longest time of any freezing procedure I have ever had. I came very close to passing out. He never offered me any consolation, or apology for not having prepared me, for what he should have known I would endure. It took me several days to recover from the experience. When I came in for a follow up visit with his P.A., I told her about my terrible experience. She offered no sympathy what so ever..

I called for a prescription refill after my pharmacist said they got no respone from his office for almost two weeks. At that point I was out of a medication I take daily. The receptionist, Ariel and the nurse, Val were completely unhelpful. They refused to contact the doctor and told me I had to make an appointment a month out to get a refill I needed immediately. They refused to contact the Dr or do anything AT ALL to help! I reiterated that I really needed the medication, and that I was concerned about my health and the receptionist, Ariel actually laughed! That's right she was so rude she actually laughed in my ear as if I was crazy for my concern about my health! They never helped. Dr. Lack lost my business because of his staff who LACK compassion and are just plain rude and mean. I made an appointment with a new Dr.

I have seen this Dr twice. He is rude. Speaks in parables. He should just write a book and stop tormenting people who need help. He is a burned out MD who really doesn't examine you or even look at you when he speaks to you. Amazing that he can charge money for mistreating people. He should really quit as he obviously hates his job anyways.

Excellent experience. Office staff was friendly, great bedside manner from Dr. Lack. Would highly recommend.
