Dr Rubin's practice is very aggressive on raking up the bill. The place is chok-full of PA and not doctors. Very unclean and sloppy place. Shabby and very unprofessional demeanor. Not to mention, they just might scare you into getting a few IVs (with over a 1000% markup) on your tab before you know it.Come'On Doc. You are trying just a little too hard to make money...
