My wife saw Dr Clark at Sanford Urgent Care today for severe respiratory problems as a result of a chest cold Dr Clark listened to her concerns and provided helpful advice as how she could deal with her breathing concerns and find prompt relief. Following his advice, coupled with the prescribed medications, has offered her assurance that she will be on the mend soon after dealing with this chest congestion for nearly a week. Thank you, Dr Clark, for your prompt care and concern for my wife's respiratory health

Yep, as many others said. This is a great doctor. He has so much knowledge and tried to educate me. A true "Dr's Dr." I hear that "DD" complement every once in a blue moon. I have heard it only twice in Sioux Falls and once was for him. After my first Dr Appoint with him- he did not disappoint!!!

I had a bad experience with Dr. Clark at my visit to Sanford acute care clinic. I did not feel that Dr. Clark was interested in having a conversation with me about my family's health situation. Dr. Clark was very stubborn in his point of view, and simply repeated it over and over. I did not feel like he had an interest in my family's situation or having an honest discussion about our circumstances. I did feel very insulted when Dr. Clark compared me to "someone who crosses the Mexican border to buy drugs and sneak them back in the US." I told him I was insulted and felt that was an absurd comparison to make about my family's health situation. To my surprise, Dr. Clark did not apologize. He restated the comparison and defended it as appropriate. I left the visit feeling that my concerns were not heard and that I had been insulted. Dr. Clark does not seem interested in open conversation with patients, and seems to become angry when patients don't agree with his perspective.

He just seems to care and take time, unlike many doctors. He was calm and very reassuring. I would give him two "thumbs-up".
