the story, 25 year old veteran suffering severe depression, drug addiction, alcholism, suicidal talk and attempts, PTSD. This vet shows up at the urgent care in Manchester, NH high as a kite, drunk asking for help with substance abuse. The solider has also totalled his car 2 hours before going to VA The urgent care doc has to refer to Biswas. Biswas, without seeing the soldier/patient says it's ok for him to go home. I believe BISWAS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE ANYWHERE IN THIS COUNTRY. As of this time nobody knows if the soldier IS ALIVE.
