I would recommend Dr. Cheng to any of my friends or family in a heartbeat -- she's intelligent, thoughtful, and extremely caring towards her patients. Despite some of the pressures facing many psychiatrists these days to just prescribe meds, she's definitely not a "pill pusher," and she takes the time to really understand what might be at the heart of someone's problems -- not just in terms of psychiatric/biological diagnosis, but also psychological, relationship, and social issues.
