its hard to find someone u can trust and unload all ur feelings and issues to...and I did just that and dr winters was awesome. Listened, gave advice , and didn't tell me what to do. Kind and respectful , openminded and easy to talk to. I will miss her !

After about a decade of bouncing around from doctor to doctor, diagnosis to diagnosis, I found myself in Dr. Winter's office. After a thoughtful, thorough interview, she proposed a plan of medication changes to get my life on track. (I arrived in her office on 10 prescriptions, I am now very successfully on three). Bipolar disorder had taken over my life, but with all my heart thanks to Dr. Winter, I'm back in school finishing up my degree, with the prospect of a future. She is brilliant, compassionate, capable, and dedicated. I hold her in the highest regard.

Dr. Winter is a highly educated, billiant, Doctor who has been a godsend to me in helping me cope with some very difficult nuerologic/mental issues. She is perceptive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She has coordinated my care with other Doctors and has worked tirelessly to help me. I thank her for her efforts and would also recommend her to anyone suffering with mental conditions brought on by stroke or other nuerological events.
