Dr Jappay has always taken time to look closer at my medical history and that is a complicated task. She makes appropriate referrals as needed. If she gets a test result that concerns her she doesn’t wait for your next appointment but will instead call you herself. She is always mentally present for appointments rather than absent minded not listening like many drs. Even with my last appointment after a long hospital stay when it was taking a long time to get into my new neurologist she took her own time to read up on my new diagnosis, up to the minute latest treatments as well as the ones that are safest so that I would have something to get me through to my neurologist appointment. With all of that the new neurologist said she had chosen the exact perfect treatment. Dr Jappay is a gem.

One of the absolute worst doctors that I have visited. Her demeanor is as if you are wasting her time. Body language communicates total lack of care. Wait a long time to see her just to be rushed through the appointment and told that she doesn't "have time" to address serious concerns. Physically appears unprofessional and unhealthy herself. Terrible attitude and seems like she doesn't even want to be a doctor. Do not waste your money or time on this physician. Find someone who really cares!

After having physicians that misdiagnosed and ignored me when I told them what i was going through, it is a breath of fresh air to have a physician that pursues to the right diagnosis and makes me feel like we are a team in my healthcare. She is always reading up on things to help me with my issues, latest tests, newest meds, etc. She is thorough, pleasant, funny, and makes you feel at ease, without the rush of getting out to the next patient. I would not trade her for anything...it took too long to find her!
