Elizabeth Loder was a great listener and was careful to go through all my treatment options with me. She let me choose the route that seemed best for me with no pressure to take medication I did not feel comfortable with. However, the office was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I called to schedule my appointment, they told me they accepted my insurance, which it turns out after having my appointment, they do not, and I was landed with an outrageous bill. They also lost my referral from my PCP and didn't tell me that it hadn't been processed until the day of my appointment after I followed up multiple times. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I had a simple question such as do I need to check out or inquiry as to where the nearest bathroom was, they acted as though my questions were a huge inconvenience.
