Dr. Elizabeth Louise Mcilmoyle, MD

Hope you aren't dying and need to see a doctor. This place is the worst in the world in trying to see a specialist. The staff is uncaring and apparently so is the doctors. Impossible to get an appointment even after trying for 3 months. Wouldn't recommend this facility. Unfortunately they seem to be the only game in town. Don't recommend. They are not at all symphatic caring and down right nasty.

This doctor left me with lung suffocation for weeks. She never bothered to diagnose me, and I now have permanent damage from not getting enough oxygen to my brain. I was sent to her from the ER, but she did not give me a pulmonary function test until over a month after the accident that caused damage to my nerve. The doctor seems really nice, but in the end, the only important aspect of a provider is competency. The suffering I went through was inhumane.

I visited Dr. Mcilmoyle a couple years ago for a sleep study, and she was extremely personable. The whole experience was positive and she took time to get to know me and answer my questions. My sleep study came back fine, and I was released. Now, I find I need her for another condition and am excited about seeing her again, knowing that I will get the best of care. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have a host of neurological and pulmonological problems. Dr. McIlmoyle has been great at sorting through symptoms to find diagnosis, then ways to ease the symptoms. I literally trust her with my life. She has also has made my life much more comfortable by helping me with numerous symptoms which were reducing my quality of life without being directly life threatening. She always spends a lot of time with me and she is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors that I know. The only problem is that she has so many patients that she books far in advance, but she is available for emergencies when needed.

Ease of getting an appointment was a 4 instead of 5 due to her being booked solid. The doctor explained to me that a physician had left the practice leaving them all taking up the slack. I found this doctor to be very caring, not abrupt like some doctors, and she spent probably three times as long with me answering my questions than any of my other specialists. That goes a long way with me.
