she has good service, and she tells exactly what you need without extra information she's very straight forward??

"My now 94 year old mother was under Dr. Pan’s care for 4 years. She was struggling with her sight; experiencing halos around objects, unable to see facial features, problems with depth perception, color, size, location...the list goes on and on. Dr. Pan dismissed my mother’s plea for help and explained all these difficulties as normal age related occurrences. My mother trusted her expertise, and now we come to find out she has wet macular degeneration in one eye, and dry in the other. She has to have painful injections in her eye. However, her sight is permanently damaged. Dr. Pan should lose her license. She has destroyed my mother’s quality of life. PLEASE DO NOT USE DR. PAN! "

Another eye doctor noticed the stitch and it had to be removed. Dr pan examined my dad twice after cataract surgery and never noticed it. This, added to her rudeness, would be reason enough to find another doctor!

Cared for my 90 year old dad. She was impatient, insulting and finally we cancelled a second surgery. Would never recommend here

dr pan is not a good doctor because she makes patients wait over 1.5 hours to see her. an 11am appointment turned into a 1245pm time when we actually got to see the doctor. there must have been around 40-50 people waiting and some were seen before us and got there after us. this is ridiculous. then her bedside manner is bad and very condescending. I do not recommend this doctor to my worse enemy and don't know why so many patients continue to go to her. maybe her office double and triple books appointments. I will not be back because we all deserve better.

I went there to have my glasses prescription checked. The Doctor told me I should not have come to an eye doctor if all i wanted was a prescription. She seemed annoyed that I was a patient of a retina specialist. She was cold and curt. The office was so overcrowded and there were no seats. The wait was over an hour and a ha;f before I was seen. The chairs were hard and wooden and very uncomfortable. There were no amenities.

I was very unhappy about her bedside manner, I had an early appointment and had to wait too long. Some of the office help had a nice way about them. Her nurses help not so nice. Not a very warm doctor. I would not go back there again. Neither should you.

I've been a patient of Dr. Pan many years and I am totally confident in the ability and expertise she has shown me in the regular office visits and diagnosis as well as the cataract surgery she has recently performed on me. I trust her implicitly and I highly recommend Dr. Pan for any eye conditions or problems a person may have. She is thorough and concise in her diagnostic ability and employs a courteous staff who are very polite and helpful to her patients.
