Dr. Eloise J Hayes, DO

When we made an appointment with Dr Hayes it took us almost 2 months to get in to see her. My daughter has been seeing Dr Hayes since about December. She has been having a lot of trouble sleeping and Dr Hayes has prescribed medications to help. Recently we called to report an issue with her sleep after a medication change and after two weeks still have not received a followup call or a new script for different medication. We have called several times over that period to attempt to get a response and still no followup or change in meds. Not HAPPY! If we can't depend on her to followup when called she is useless to us.

I called for an appointment which was made for over 30 days out. I had explained my situation was through workman's compensation and they had received the information from my referring doctor. I was told they were in the process of getting the approvals. Having already received approval from workman's comp, I felt there would be no problems. The day prior to my appointment I called the office to confirm and was asked why would there be a question. I explained that it was through workman's comp. I was promptly told "Oh, we don't take workman's comp!" I understand if they don't accept that payment. What I don't understand is why they did not call me! Poor communication with me and internally.
