Dr Eiras turned out to be very DISAPPOINTING. I brought my daughter there to get tested for Lymes disease. She saw my daughter for about 20mins which consisted of taking her blood and giving her a muscle test. They told me they could call us when the results came in. I spent $450 between visit and supplements but didnt know why we were buying them in the first place since we didnt know if she had Lymes Diease or not.To make a long story short they lied to us they never tested her even though I was willing to pay for it but sold us all this crap. These Lymes doctors take advantage of people like you wouldnt beleive.I should know I HAVE LYMES DISEASE MYSELF. Find a intergrated functional doctor who really cares about people instead of the might dollar

Having chronic Lyme I am desperate for a solution. I've been to many doctors in attempt to treat this illness. At first I thought Dr. Eiras was a God send because her natural approach to internal medicine was something I could be on board with. My body responds well to natural supplements and a clean plant based diet for healing. I have been a patient for eight months and I will no longer return to this office. This doctor overloaded my system with natural supplements and then put me on heavy doeses of antibiotics for long term Lyme I've been suffering with for over ten years. She gave me a shot of magnesium in my backside and told me for a while I would have to start injecting myself at home once a week with magnesium shots. I don't think so, and to add- the shot hurt to no end causing me indescribable discomfort and pain to which her response was it relieves most of my patients. In one week I lost my legs from underneath me and could not walk, experienced severe nerve damage, became… extremely ill, came down with a severe cold, loss of memory, head swelling, extreme pain and more. I visited the office immediately with a list of questions and her solution to this was to stop antibiotics and prescribe me tramadol for pain. Her response to my questions seemed like she was annoyed to answer them and did not provide me with any beneficial information. I do not take narcotic opioids and I asked the doctor if the pain medication she wanted to give me was one. She said no and then preceded to tell me the medication is NOT addictive at all. Three google searches later about the medicine I found out it's a highly addictive narcotic used to treat pain. I lost all faith in her as a doctor after this. I'm not buying into this healthcare system, they won't have me as a customer any longer and I will spend my money elsewhere. Treatment is very expensive and honestly for $400 a month out of pocket I could EASILY do a better job treating myself so that is what I will do. It is clear to me that our healthcare system wants to keep the ill sick in America by prescribing drugs ontop of drugs ontop of drugs. I would rather suffer in pain than be treated by this doctor ever again.

Lyme can be chronic and very hard to diagnose. It takes months to get it under control and get your life back. The more natural approach is so much better for overall health and healing. Dr Emilia Eiras treats the condition to get to the root cause as most other doctors just prescribe Big Pharm pills that damage your stomach, intestines and liver; leaving you more ill than before. I am now getting my more normal life back.

My family doctor diagnosed me with chronic Lyme d, in 2012, but his treatment didn't help, the pain in my joints was getting worse by the day, however he was kind enough to recommend dr Eiras, as a well known Lyme specialist. I had to wait in agony for two months before dr Eiras could see me. I am so thankful that her treatment worked and the pain gradually subsided. I was on antibiotics for a long time. I am in remission now. Need to take supplements and keep s healthy lifestyle.
