Dr. Yue P Yu

I had a wonderful experience seeing Dr YU. She is by far the smartest, most kind and gentle doctor I know. Dermatologist tends to be fast moving and perform a lot in office treatment, so don’t expect the same kind of visit as an internist as the specialty is so different. I love going to see her every 6 month for skin check and feel super good when I leave the office!

Go see her. She is young, smart, and knowlegeable. No nonsense. I will recomment to all my friends because she is the best dermatologist, Mohs surgeon in town.

Dr. Yu is one of the best doctors I have seen. She is extremely smart, patient, and knowledgeable. She has a busy practice, but she spends time you needed to discuss any issues you may have. I was diagnosed with my first skin cancer, and was extremely nervous and upset, but she helped me go through the entire process every step of the way. I am very happy with the result, and I am seeing her every 6 month. Please go see her, she is the best dermatologist around.

My son had a rash that was not correctly diagnosed by several dermatologists. Dr. Yu was able to promptly and correct diagnosed the rash and gave the correct medication. She is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I will recommend anyone to see her for skin issues.

Dr. Yu is the best dermatologist I have seen in my 60 plus years of seeing lots of dermatologists. She is kind, compassionate, super smart, and explain to me in things I can understand. She is busy, but she will definitely take the time to answer all you questions. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr Yu is a pleasant doctor to deal with, but tends to spend little time actually with a patient. Her support staff need a good kick in the behind to remind them just who pays their wages. Had an issue with a shortage of a medication prescribed (well document shortage of doxycycline on the CDC website) and asked for alternative. Her assistant said only other med was one I had taken before that did not work. With all the drugs on the market it seems rather narrow focus to say only these 2 will work. Was not able to talk directly to doctor and subsequently cancelled my next appointment. No need to pay to get the same indifferent response in an office visit.

I went to see her for the 1st time today. She was kind, nice, and super knowledgeable, and explain to me in words that a regular person can understand. When I have more questions, she is very patient, and anser my questions to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend her to any patients who have any dermatology issues. She is also a Mohs surgeon who does specialized skin cancer surgery which is a plus. Go see her, and you won't regret it.
