He then entered an Internal Medicine Internship at the University of Southern California Medical Center from 1987 to 1988. Following his internship, Dr. Abraham attended a General Surgery Residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio in 1989. He then completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the LSU Medical Center in New Orleans, LA from 1990 to 1993. Dr. Abraham's also completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology at Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh from 1993 to 1994.
