Everytime I visit this office, I leave upset. The office is clogged with employees, but as a patient I feel ignored. Appointments are made to fit the Dr's schedule, and no consideration is given to what might be convenient for anyone else. The front office demeanor is cold except when they warm to the task of telling you bad news about their exorbitant charges or how they will not accept your insurance coverage. Even simple procedures are drawn out with multiple visits that seem geared toward padding the fees collected and protecting this office against liability claims, not assuring patient safety or convenience. I arrive early, but always have to wait way beyond the appointment time to be seen. Every visit produces a different answers to the same questions. This is by far the worst experience in a dentist's office in my adult life..........do yourself a favor and avoid this dentist.

Professional staff, wonderful results

I am furious with this office. Not only was I told that my primary and secondary insurance would fully cover my wisdom teeth extraction, I followed up with them not one, not two, not three, not four, but FIVE times after my surgery as I kept receiving notices that I owed my insurance money. Not only was I assured the first four times that they were taking care of it, I owed nothing, but they also told me they would contact me if anything was to change. Upon receiving another notice I called and was told their "Fee Schedule is different" and I in fact do owe a huge sum of money, for which the bill will be sent shortly. Who does that? Who lies to you for business and then acts like its not a big deal. I will be sure to warn anyone locally of this if they require such services and I am very upset. Thank you for ruining my day.

Wonderful bedside manner. Great with me (an adult) and little ones as well (my 7 year old son needed work too)
