I dont belive this is all accurate. . I have been going to Dr. Backos for many years and never has he ever mistreated me. Always respectful and honest and to the point he has helped me for years and i will always have his back ... Dr. Backos and his staff seem to really care about each and every patient who they treat/interact with. That is no easy task as I have witnessed on every single visit the harassment and rude patients who somehow think they are the one and only priority. The girls in his staff are all incredibly patient, tolerant and kind. Dr. Backos has shown me personally that he wants me to succeed, if you listen to him and practice the things he teaches you then you absolutely can be a inspiration for others who have ever struggled with addiction. The appointment times do run long but that’s just part of it... they wouldn’t b doing their job if they were not asking the questions and spending some time with you to see if your are holding up your end of the deal. Dr.Backos is a very concerned and understanding doctor. He isn't the type to get you in n out quick by just giving u what u want. He runs tests and makes sure u know every pain management avenue offered. I've been seeing him for years and never had a problem

Dr. Backos was extremely understanding of a problem I had with addiction. He was compasionate and helped me kick my addiction with the help of medication. I am now back on my feet and dealing with my problems a whole different way. I would highly recommend Dr. Backos.

Not a good listener. Wait time excessive. Calling on phone you are put on hold for 15 minutes before someone answers.
