Went to Dr. Eric D. Blakney and saw the NP Elisheva Reese who treated me with respect and dignity. Unfortunately Nurse Reese is no longer at this location. The quality of service is totally unacceptable. I have been trying to get a letter from Dr. Blakney for almost a month. According to his staff, when I go into the office to speak with him he is never in the office. When I call he is always with a patient. I have a patient advocate who works in the same building and he nor his staff will communicate with her. I understand being a busy doctor but I am one of your patients who needs a letter to be cleared for surgery. I understand he's in a bind since the NP left his location but he should find another nurse to help run the office. I am very disappointed in the service here. I have filed a complaint with Cigna and the medical board. If you see this doctor please wait until he has a nurse there who will care about your needs.

Dr Blakney is an excellent physician! He is very proactive and thorough. Under his care my health has improved and I have full confidence in him as a physician and great person. His staff are friendly and professional.

The staff at St. Francis were very patient and profession when attending to my medical needs. They answered all of my questions and were genuinely concerned with my well being. I was pleased that they took the time to focus on me as patient. Talking with the podiatrist helped me understand what was going on, and she provided me with valuable information to eliminate some of my problems. I highly recommend St. Francis.

The staff is the worst I ever seen Christine MA and Tameca the MA needs to be fire the front desk is a mess she has the worst attitude I love Dr Blakney but he needs to hire a whole new staff or I want ever return
